1. Shortlisting criteria for interview:
The candidates will be shortlisted for interview as per policy of the Commission contained in para-16 (A, B & C) of General Instructions.
2. Documents required from the candidates:
(i) After the test/exam, on the basis of results, the candidates who are on higher merit positions in respective quota will be asked to furnish the attested copies of requisite documents viz. two photographs, Matric, Intermediate certificates, Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil, Ph.D. Degrees, CNIC, Experience Certificate (where required), domicile, etc., showing nature of job/detailed job description issued by an authorized officer of the Ministry/Division/Department/Organization concerned, etc., as well as Original Treasury Receipt (TR) within 15 days of the notice from FPSC by SMS and E-mail.
(ii) Wherever an equivalence of the required degree is needed, it must be provided by the candidates along with the application form issued by the competent authority.
(iii) Experience from Firms/Companies/Institutes/Organizations/Banks/NGOs, etc., will be accepted if these are well-known nationally or internationally, have properly been registered/relevant regulatory authority/certified by the government.
3. Eligibility:
Eligibility of the candidates in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date.
4. Admission Certificate:
Admission Certificate for Screening/Descriptive Test for the respective posts will be placed on the website of FPSC i.e., www.fpsc.gov.pk, on the date of examination. Therefore, the website is a primary source of information in this regard. Candidates are advised to frequently visit this website for updates. They will be intimated through SMS as well. However, no information in this regard shall be sent through post.
5. Conduct of Test:
(i) Test/Examinations for Consolidated Advt. No. 1/2025 will be held with effect from 24th May, 2025 (Tentative). The schedule of tests and syllabus shall be issued on the official website of FPSC i.e., www.fpsc.gov.pk, after publication of this advertisement. No separate intimation to candidates shall be sent. Candidates are advised to visit FPSC website frequently for test schedule, syllabus, and other related information.
(ii) Original Treasury Receipt (TR) will be required and not allowed entry in Examination Hall. Photocopy or T.R./Bank Scroll will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to preserve the original T.R. and bring it at the time of the test.
6. Change of Centre:
Candidates are allowed to avail facility for change of Examination Centre only through online request at least 1 month before the commencement of the examination.
7. Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of all candidates to be aware of their primary source of FPSC i.e., www.fpsc.gov.pk, and act in line with instructions mentioned there. FPSC will not entertain any excuse if candidates fail to comply with these instructions.
