Job Title
Reporting to National Sales Manager North (AVP / VP)

Qualification
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a university/college/institution accredited by HEC.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree from a HEC accredited institution.
Experience
- At least 10 years in branch or consumer banking and/or business development, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Exceptional sales leadership abilities.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication and leadership.
- Capacity to coach and guide team members.
- Results-driven with superior presentation, selling, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical abilities, capable of making decisions based on data.
- Thorough understanding of banking products.
Responsibilities
- To apply the regional sales strategies and marketing activities within the assigned region (both Conventional and Islamic).
- To boost sales and find new sales opportunities.
- To collaborate with relevant parties to set up new branches.
- To work with Area Managers and Regional Retail Banking Heads for effective execution of Sales Committees and Campaigns.
- To uphold high standards of customer service in the region.
- To resolve complaints and manage customer issues effectively for repeat business.
- To assess regional sales support, market trends, and competitive product and service strategies.
- To track profitability, cost efficiency, and enhance productivity in the region.
- To carry out all tasks and activities with integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
- To take on any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Interview
The interview panel will only call candidates who meet the above basic eligibility requirements and are shortlisted strictly.

Criteria
- The employment will be on a contract basis for three years, renewable at Management’s discretion. Selected candidates will receive compensation and benefits in accordance with the Bank’s policies.
